I don’t just have one. It’s fair to say I listen to all sorts of genres from the obvious, Musical
Theatre to a spot of Metallica. Have you heard the new album? Immense!!

Twitter. I have loved meeting the local tweeps of Shropshire in the virtual world and then meeting them “for real”.

Mark Rylance. Quietly being brilliant all these years on the London classical stage and now Hollywood has discovered him. Do watch The Bridge of Spies and of course The BFG.

Usually I love the funny ones like the lady Of The Lake's, Whatever Happened To My Part? from Spamalot, but I also have a soft spot for I’m Not That Girl from Wicked.
What made you start performing?
I loved the escapism. It was lovely to go and enjoy a new world every week. Oh, and the sound of applause, nothing like it.
Give a funny/ interesting story about a performance you have given...
Ooh lots of funny things, a skirt falling off in the middle of a big dance number, my hand getting super glued to a tennis racket when a quick fix went rather wrong… or a white-knuckle moment when I was playing Reno in Anything Goes and when the songs big finish was approaching, I’m centre stage in a spot light and…. The orchestra stopped playing!!
Finally, which is your favourite Stagetime animal?
The Dancing Crane - so elegant!
